REGISTRATION, REFUNDS, DISCOUNTS, & SCHOLARSHIPS
Camp tuition is $275.00 which includes snacks and lunch, the Friday evening BBQ, the public concert, and camp T-shirt.
Students outside of Yuma County are very welcome, but students under 18 years of age must be
accompanied by an adult after camp hours. Information for hotel, golf, and spa packages for parents
during camp hours as well as other family entertainment will be provided upon request.
Registration begins March 15, 2008. Make checks payable to the Yuma Orchestra Association.
The Registration Form must be turned in with a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 as soon as
possible. The deposit will apply to the total fee.
If you are handicapped and desire special accommodations or meals, please advise us when you
register.

REFUNDS
Refunds before June 1, 2008 will not include the $50.00 deposit.
An additional $50.00 cancellation fee will be withheld on all refunds after June 1, 2008. No refunds
will be given out after the camp begins.
DISCOUNTS
Students paying the fee in full by April 15, 2008 will receive a 10% discount.
SCHOLARSHIPS
A scholarship fund for one-half of the tuition is designated to help students 19 years and younger. Go to Scholarship Form Page.
