Directions to Cibola High School:
Exit Interstate 8 at 16th Street. Drive West on 16th Street for 2 miles. Turn South on Avenue C and go 1/2 mile. Turn West on 20th Street and turn into the first gate on the right into the parking lot. Enter the building marked Auditorium.
Chair Placement:
Each camper should carefully choose the orchestra in which they feel confident they can be a strong player. The conductor can move a camper to a different orchestra as they believe it will best benefit the player. Chair placement will be left up to the conductor as well. Changes will be made as the week progresses.
What to bring to camp:
Only water in a spill proof bottle is allowed in the classrooms

ACCOMMODATIONS
We have a block of rooms held for Strings Del Rio Summer Music Camp at Comfort Inn. The rooms are $79.00 + tax and will sleep up to 4 comfortably. They offer a free deluxe breakfast with items such as fruit, cereals, muffins, rolls, make your own waffles, boiled eggs, etc. They also offer a pool, Jacuzzi, laundry facilities, cable TV, and wireless internet. Pets are allowed.
The address is 1691 S. Riley Ave which is a short distance from the Interstate and on the main road to Cibola High School. An IHOP and Burger King are within walking distance and near many other restaurants. The Yuma Palms Mall is also close. It is locatedon the east end of Interstate 8 at the 16th Street exit.
